Worship God
John 4:24 — worship in spirit and in truth.
Christ Community Church of Chicago is built around a biblical progression that moves from worship, to discipleship, to family, to community.
One movement of discipleship expressed through four clear actions.
These four actions describe the movement of discipleship—from our relationship with God, into personal formation, into the home, and outward into the community.
John 4:24 — worship in spirit and in truth.
Matthew 28:17–20 — make disciples and teach them to follow Christ.
Psalm 128 — cultivate faithful, flourishing homes.
Jeremiah 29:7 — seek the peace and prosperity of the community.
Our vision describes the people we seek to become: faithful followers whose lives increasingly reflect Jesus Christ.
We are called to live biblical truth faithfully and carry the Gospel beyond the walls of the church.
3C Chicago is committed to a faith that is deeply rooted in Christ and visibly lived in the world.

Pastor Ford’s broader teaching and ministry work continues through James Ford Jr. Ministries, while 3C Chicago serves as the local church expression of worship, discipleship, family formation, and community mission.
